Develop reading, writing, listening and speaking from foundational learning through levels A, B and C, according to the skills required.
Work toward the learner’s target level in the Public Service Commission’s Second Language Evaluation (SLE): reading comprehension, written expression or oral communication. Practise applying their skills to unfamiliar questions and tasks.
Develop the precision, fluency and depth needed to discuss complex ideas. Identify recurring difficulties and work through a plateau when progress has slowed.
Focus on listening and speaking: explaining situations, developing opinions and responding to follow-up questions with greater ease.
Keep their skills active through regular practice, feedback and discussion of a broad range of topics.
One-to-one instruction, with the pace and content adapted to the learner’s priorities.
For learners with compatible levels and goals. Guided exchanges and collaborative tasks give each person opportunities to participate.
All courses take place on Microsoft Teams. Schedules range from one hour per week to full-time training, with sessions of at least one hour. We agree on a training schedule based on learning objectives and departmental needs.
An initial assessment can explain the current level and identify priorities for the proposed training.
Translate estimated hours into a proposed schedule and budget, with clear assumptions and opportunities to review the plan.
Progress reports are available on request. Reporting needs and frequency are agreed with the department.
Discuss developing strengths, remaining difficulties and any adjustments needed to the learning plan.
Training estimates are reviewed as learning progresses. They do not guarantee an examination result or a fixed completion date.
Request a proposalWe combine teaching approaches according to the skill being developed and the learner’s needs. Lessons connect understanding, practice and independent use.
Clear explanations and examples establish what to do and why.
Guided activities and varied repetition strengthen recall and control.
Conversation and practical tasks bring the skills into meaningful exchanges.
Feedback, later review and new situations help make progress more consistent.
A learner who struggles to explain past events may need to understand the sequence of events more clearly. Another may understand it well but need repeated oral practice to use the language spontaneously. We adapt the work to the difficulty, then check whether the skill carries over to new situations.
Your employees can expect clear priorities, respectful correction and opportunities to try again. The aim is confident, increasingly independent communication, alongside preparation for the required exams.
Whether you’re arranging training for one employee or a group, tell us your objectives and we’ll discuss the next steps.
